Bangpoo Intermodal Systems Co., Ltd. (BISCO), started in 1990, is the second logistics center to be established by Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) in Thailand. Located in the Bangpoo Industrial Estate, 24 km southeast of Bangkok's Klong Toey port and 37 km from the city of Bangkok, it also has convenient roadway access to the Laem Chabang Port.

In 1992, BISCO became the first private sector operator of an official Bonded Warehouse in Thailand when it obtained a Bonded Warehouse license from the Thai Customs Department. BISCO 1 has over 36,000 square meter of land area. It's Bonded Warehouse totals 6,240 square meter, while it's general warehouse occupy a 9,703 square meter in total.

BISCO's Bonded Warehouse system is designed to promote the import of raw materials and semi-furnished products for manufacturing purposes. This in turn encourages the growth of domestic industries as well as the export of finished products.

In April 1998, BISCO opened its second logistics center ( BISCO 2 ) in response to customers demand for more warehouse space and services. BISCO 2, with its 32,000 square meter land area, has a Bonded Warehouse of 3,037.50 square meter and a General Warehouse of 7,087.50 square meter.

In December 2001, BISCO acquired ISO 9001:2000 certification in order to ensure international standards are met and to increase customer satisfaction.
